Privacy Statement
We use your information to provide, administer and improve our services and marketing to you, to process your membership, your orders, bookings and your payments and to communicate with you. We will only contact your personal email address if we have your consent to do so. We collect this consent when you sign up to membership and/or make a booking with us. All our marketing email communications includes clearly visible unsubscribe and opt-out links for changing preferences. You can opt out of communications at any time by emailing info@corkeandcaske.co.uk. Information collected by us will be used by Corke & Caske only and not passed to third parties unless you have given consent, except where the product or service is delivered by a third party on our behalf, or we are obliged by law to do so. If those third parties are based outside the EU, we will ensure that their data processing activities are compliant with EU law. We will only keep data for as long as necessary. We share your information for certain purposes and to third parties, as described in the full Privacy Policy.
Online Payment Processing
We use Worldpay to collect/process transaction information. Please see the Worldpay security policy at https://secure.worldpay.com/global3/brands/worldpay/payment/default/help_security_en.html Accepted payment types are: Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Maestro. 
Confirmation Of Order
When you place an order to purchase online with Corke & Caske, you will receive an e-mail from Worldpay confirming receipt of your payment. You will receive another email from info@corkeandcaske.co.uk confirming your order details.
Refunds
No refund will be given under any circumstances unless the item is faulty, damaged or broken. Proof will be require to support this claim. Exchanges are at the shop managers discretion. In the event that a refund request meets the criteria, a refund request must be submitted withing 7 days of receiving the item along with all supportting items to back up the claim. Refunds in thes ecircumstances will be processed withing 3 working days, to the original payment method, of us receiving the return of the item unless it is considered unsafe to transport, in which case a reund will be processed withing 3 working days to the original payment method on agreement item does not require to be returned. No refund will be given under any circumstances for our tasting events unless the event is cancelled. All refunds will be processed withing 3 working days to the original payment method should an event be cancelled.
Availability & Pricing
The supply of products from our online shop are subject to availability and it is not always possible for us to inform you at the time you place your order whether the goods you want are in stock and still available for purchase. If the item is not available and not likely to come back into stock in a reasonable time, e.g. 4 weeks we will cancel the item(s) from your order and you will be refunded the cost of it. Whilst every attempt is made to ensure the prices shown on our website are accurate, there may be occasions when the prices shown are incorrect. When this information comes to light in the course of processing a customer order we will contact you with the correct price so you can inform us whether you wish to proceed with the order.
Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all physical orders within 48hrs of payment being received.
Returns
Full refund or replacement will be given in the event that the wrong goods are sent and Corke & Caske will bear the cost of postage. Where goods are received damaged, a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the damaged goods. If the customer orders the wrong goods, providing they are received back in unused condition within seven working days, a replacement or refund of the cost of the goods will be given, however no refund of postage cost will be made (please note this is not applicable for personalised goods).

This 10% off purchases discount offer is available courtesy of Kollegare Limited (trading as Corke & Caske) (“Corke and Caske”, “us” or “our”) with in-store purchases by NHS workers, Students & teachers/lecturers showing valid ID or proof of employment when visiting Corke & Caske. Corke & Caske is offering 10% off purchases to NHS workers, Students & teachers/lecturers. 1: This offer: 1.1: entitles any individual who shows valid ID or proof of employment to 10% off their purchase when visiting Corke & Caske; 1.2: is valid for the individual providing valid ID or proof of employment only; 1.3: can only be redeemed at Corke & Caske, 139 Hyndland Road, Glasgow. Offer available to students with a valid student ID on off-license purchases only. Available Sunday to Wednesday only. Offer may be withdrawn without notice.
Private Wine & Cheese Tasting Giveaway
1: The competition is open to residents within the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland)
2: The competition is not open to employees of Corke and Caske, nor any of their immediate family or household members (whether related to the employee or not).
3: Entries can be made by taking actions listed on the relevant post on Corke and Caske’s Instagram profile (@corkeandcaske Instagram) between 30/01/26 and 28/02/26 6PM GMT. For the avoidance of doubt, no entries will be counted before or beyond the competition period.
4: There will be one (1) winner, selected by Corke and Caske. The winner will win a private wine and cheese tasting for up to 10 people, held within Corke & Caske, 139 Hyndland Rd, Glasgow G12 9JA. The winner and chosen guests must be 18 years old or over to participate in this competition and prize. Proof of ID may be required, if this is not provided the prize will be revoked and a new winner will be selected. The prize must be booked by 31st March 2026 and must be redeemed by 30th September 2026, valid Sunday through Thursday.
5: The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives shall be available or change given.

7: By entering the competition, if you are selected as the winner, you grant Corke and Caske the right to announce your win on social media and identify you by your first name.
8: Corke and Caske (and its licensees and affiliates) accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged or delayed, or for any difficulty experienced in accessing or submitting your entry. Late, damaged, defaced, illegible, incomplete or suspected fraudulent entries will not be accepted. Proof of dispatch of the entry (whether electronic or postal) will not be accepted as proof of receipt by Corke and Caske.
9: The winner will be notified via direct message on the social media channel they entered within 1 day of the closing date. If the winner does not respond to this message within 2 days of initial contact, they will forfeit the prize and a new winner will be selected.
10: Corke & Caske reserve the right to amend these rules, or change or terminate the competition, at any time without liability. All decisions made by Corke & Caske shall be final.
11: If you do not or are unable to, comply with and meet the rules, Corke & Caske shall be entitled at its discretion to disqualify you without any further liability to you. No liability shall attach to Corke & Caske as a result thereof.
